Summer Hours Have Arrived at The Water's Edge!

Summer evenings are even better at The Water’s Edge at Grange Valley. Beginning Friday, July 17, 2026, we’re opening for dinner at 4:00 PM every Wednesday through Sunday, giving you even more time to enjoy exceptional cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and breathtaking lakeside views.

Whether you’re planning a relaxing date night, celebrating with family and friends, or unwinding after work, there’s no better place to spend a summer evening in the Pocono Mountains. Our chefs prepare every dish with fresh, high-quality ingredients, while our bar serves handcrafted cocktails, wines, and seasonal drink features.

Daily drink specials are available 4:00 PM–5:30 PM, making it the perfect time to enjoy the patio overlooking the lake. Be sure to check our website and social media for each day’s featured specials.

Begin with a classic Caesar salad, followed by a perfectly prepared 14oz rib-eye steak served with smashed potatoes, broccolini, herb butter, and rich demi-glace. Conclude your evening with a decadent Guinness chocolate cake shooter; a refined finish to a truly satisfying meal. All for $39 (tax, gratuity, and beverages not included).

Whether you’re planning a midweek date night, gathering with friends, or simply treating yourself to a premium steakhouse-style experience in an elegant lakeside setting, Thursday nights now have a destination.
