Grange Valley’s Pocono accommodations offer a tranquil retreat, diverse activities, exceptional dining, and rustic charm. Each of our room styles provides a true rural experience, allowing you to relax in the countryside amidst the trees. Enjoy sweeping views of our lake and Kissing Bridge, participate in on-site activities, and explore off-site adventures with our local partners. We suggest bringing any in-room snacks with you, though there are several Pocono restaurants nearby for breakfast and lunch.

Check In/Out:
- Check-in time shall be 4 PM no later than 9 PM, and Check-out time shall be 10 AM.
- Check-in requires a major credit card and a valid driver’s license.
- Check-out time is 10 AM on the last day of your reserved date(s). Failure to check out by 10 AM shall result in additional room rate charges at a rate determined at the resort’s sole discretion and /or ejectment by local authorities.
Cancellations:
- You may cancel your reservation for a full refund of your payment less a $25 processing charge provided your cancellation is made in writing via email to GuestServices@GrangeValley.com at least seven (7) days in advance of 4 PM Eastern Time Zone on the first day of your reserved date(s). If you do not cancel your reservation as stated above, you shall check-in to your accommodations at the resort any time after 4 PM on the first day of your reserved date(s), but not later than 9 PM on the first day of your reserved date(s). 4 PM to 9 PM on the first day of your reserved date(s) shall be considered the “check-in period.”
- Unless you have cancelled your reservation via email to GuestServices@GrangeValley.com at least seven (7) days in advance of 4 PM on the first day of your reserved date(s), failure to check-in within the “check-in period” shall entitle the resort to any or all of the following:
• Retain your prepayment in its entirety for your reserved date(s),
• Rebook your room to other guest(s),
• Recalculate the rate for your reserved date(s) or a portion of your reserved date(s).
Guest Services
- Your reservation includes daily towel service upon request.
Pets/Smoking
- Smoking is not permitted within the resort accommodations or any building at the resort.
- No pets allowed in resort accommodations.
